Have you ever been there? You’re standing in the produce aisle, ready to tackle a big, beautiful pot of gumbo. The recipe on your phone clearly says, “one green bell pepper.” But right next to them are the gorgeous, glossy red and sunny yellow peppers. And you can’t help but wonder… does it really matter?
